The Consortium for Energy Efficiency
The Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) is a US and Canadian consortium of natural gas and electric efficiency programs. Great Island Design created a 28-page brochure recognizing the most outstanding energy-saving, connected home device manufacturers of 2020.
The Salem Museum
Great Island Design provided branding, promotion, website, and display design for the Salem Museum, a nonprofit historic attraction at the Old Town Hall in Derby Square, Salem, MA. Included in this engagement was research, copy, design, and fabrication management for more than 30 displays dedicated to Salem’s diverse history, starting with its founding in 1626.
The Wang Center
Great Island Design created a series of four commemorative posters representing the range of performances showcased at Boston’s Wang Center for the Performing Arts, a magnificently restored theater listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Historic New England
Great Island Design created a brochure to explain, and support planned giving opportunities for Historic New England, the oldest and largest regional history organization in the country.
Boston Chamber Music Society
Great Island Design developed promotional materials for the Boston Chamber Music Society’s Spring Gala, featuring renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma. BCMS is dedicated to delivering outstanding chamber music performances and ensuring accessibility for all audiences.

Great Island Design produced a fine arts publication exploring the original works of Andrew Wyeth and interpreting the paintings through digital photography.
Great Woods Performance Center
The Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA, once known as the Great Woods Performance Center, was the home to the Great Woods Educational Forum. Great Island Design created promotional materials for the summer forum.
Historic Salem Inc.
Great Island Design collaborated with Historic Salem, Inc., one of America’s oldest architectural preservation groups, to create a new logo and a range print and digital branding assets. Projects included interpretive panels for the Nathaniel Bowditch House and promotional materials for a symposium honoring NY Times architecture critic Ada Louise Huxtable.
The Samaritan Charitable Society of Salem
Great Island Design provides ongoing support for the Samaritan Charitable Society of Salem with branding, web design, digital newsletters, and collateral to advance its mission of providing emergency financial assistance. Additionally, we collaborated on producing and promoting a regional symposium on homelessness.
