Redbrook Branding Study

Great Island Design was asked to develop a series of Redbrook icons that explore nature and evoke a rural American ideal. A.D. Makepeace, the developer of Redbrook/Plymouth, “is the world’s largest cranberry grower, the largest private land owner in eastern Massachusetts, and a leader in environmentally responsible real estate development.” These icons, along with all of our brand development for Redbrook, were created to capture a feeling of small-town America and a lifestyle that is inspired by nature.

GID created a marketing website for this 1200 home development in Plymouth, MA. for A.D. Makepeace. Key branding featured the beautiful natural setting of forest, lakes, and cranberry bogs.

It won a PRISM Gold Award for “Best Website” from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
